Annual Meeting
We are happy to announce that the Friends of Greenview and Pioneer Nature Areas received a grant from the Ann Arbor Branch of the Women’s National Farm and Garden Association. The grant monies will be used for Buckthorn removal, tree planting and landscape restoration.
On Saturday, October 3rd from 9 am-Noon, Friends of Greenview will be gathering for their Fall Workday. Come join us!

You may have noticed the large piles of cut buckthorn at Greenview. Thanks to Jim Rogers and Paul Callam 10 large piles have been stacked and are ready to be chipped. A big thank you for all who participated in the Fall Workday on September 30, 2013. With your help, we were able to spread wood chips on the trails and weed the Edible Garden. Approximately 60 Friends and neighbors attended this event and contributed their time toward improving the Greenview and Pioneer Nature Areas.
